In this module, you will learn about the following aspects of stages of change management:
• In the first stage it is important to make preparations for the upcoming changes by planning, informing team members and gather and analyze relevant data
• After having made preparations, consulting team members and choosing the appropriate plan, the leader should go about implementing the second stage in which the change is executed and the leader should put a review and feedback cum response mechanism in place
• After implementation stage, the leader should focus on reinforcement stage which consists of keeping the flow of communication open, reiterating the effectiveness and benefits of the change that is being implemented, and stabilize the change
• A leader must recognize the stage of change and bring in the right action and behaviour
